Cutting-Edge Mapping Using ArcGIS
John McNair has over a decade of corporate experience using ArcGIS in the utility business. We start by obtaining GIS shapefile data from a recent survey (if available) or by marking the boundaries of your ranch on GPS and cross-checking with county parcel data to create an accurate boundary map. We’ll notate special features of your property, improvements, easements, wells and pipelines to import into the boundary map to create customized marketing collateral. We can pull data from outside sources to illustrate features to potential buyers ranging from aquifer saturated thickness, soil type, topography, taxing jurisdictions, power lines and utility easements – the possibilities are endless. If a picture can speak a thousand words – wouldn’t you want your land broker to be able to create the best picture?
We create a personalized website for your property with a unique domain name and upload all videos, maps and information to be displayed there. Your property’s personalized domain name is chosen based upon key search metrics and search engine rankings. We’ll launch targeted email campaigns, Google sponsored search, social media ads and employ the latest practices for search engine optimization – all to drive traffic back to your property’s website.
Professional Photography & Cinematic Video
All properties listed with McNair Farm & Ranch Real Estate are professionally photographed using a HD drone. Rural homes are professionally photographed room by room along with a video tour to the same level a luxury urban home would typically receive. We turn the images and video of your property into a cinematic production to capture buyers’ interest.
Staging To Sell
Staging properties for quick sale isn’t just for urban properties. We advise sellers on effective actions to help them achieve top dollar at closing. We’ll identify items on your property that could impede a timely sale with you in our initial consultation. With over a decade of experience as a landman, John will examine your vesting deed and determine if any hidden title defects exist before the sale process begins. We’ll offer staging advice for your rural house as well – John is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) and Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS). We’ll work with you to make your rural home look its best for professional photography.
